Eleanor was such a doll for her Sandy Hook cake smash session at our Newtown CT photography studio. Her dad had recently been in for an updated headshot and saw a cake smash portrait of my daughter. His daughter happened to be turning one soon, so his wife reached out and we set up Eleanor’s cake smash!

This fabulous cake was made by Who Wants Cake out of Brookfield. She custom designs all my cake smash cakes based on the theme, colors, and outfit. It is a great collaboration.

Sessions take place at my residential studio in Newtown, CT. Everything is set up prior to your arrival and the mess stays with me! Cake smash sessions are custom designed based on your colors and theme. There are two different session types to choose from. One is just a simple cake smash, and the other is more elaborate and also has two different backdrops.
It is best to book your session at least 4 weeks in advance for planning purposes. However, if it’s less time than that, don’t worry, reach out and we’ll see what we can do. I am often able to squeeze in extra sessions.
