So as I’m typing this out, this beautiful mom to be is now a mom to a beautiful baby girl! I usually try to get blog posts done before baby has arrived, but this little girl decided to come 2 weeks early! I decided I should get it done before the newborn session though! Jen came to my studio when she was 35 weeks pregnant for her maternity photography session. Jen was just stunning and I swear maternity gowns were made for her. We went with simple white maternity gowns and a neutral background. They are one of my favorite go-tos with maternity photography. The images are elegant and timeless.

I love being able to supply my clients with an assortment of maternity gowns. These gowns are made specifically for maternity photography. The gowns highlight the pregnant body and make mom look and feel beautiful. There are gowns the show the belly, and others the completely cover the belly. There are sheer and lace gowns. They also look great on mom for newborn photos!

Maternity Photography Sessions
Maternity sessions often take place between 28 – 35 weeks. It all depends on how mom is showing and feeling. They can take place at the studio with use of all of our maternity gowns or they can take place at an outdoor location. Petite maternity sessions are offered for those that have booked a newborn session or a full maternity are available as well.
