Sweet little Connor, from Trumbull CT, came to my studio when he was 9 days new. I had previously done a little sneak peek of one holiday photo that we did. I have so many more photos to share! This is one of my favorite newborn sessions this year!
Trumbull CT: Connor 9 days
Parent images
I love when parents want to be in a few images with their newborn. These moments go by so fast and are often a blur. I remember back to when my kids were newborns and I hardly remember. It was survival mode. I absolutely cherish the photos of I have with my little ones when they were brand new.
Ohhh the smile! I just love newborn smiles <3
This image is one of my all time favorite mom and newborn images. I just love the way it turned out!
Awake
While the goal is to get those sleepy curled up photos, I just love the awake ones too…. that is if baby is happy when awake. Luckily for me, Connor was so content, even when awake. He had the sweetest little expressions and this first one is my favorite!
Colors and Props
Mom was looking for mostly tan and cream with some blue as well. For backdrops I used a tan and a cream and one blue one for a bit of color. The parent images were done with a tan background. It really complimented their outfits!
Some of my favorite vendors used during this session:
Backdrops: Roses and Ruffles
Wraps: Dolly Priss
Newborn Video
You will want to watch this! A collage of Connor’s newborn session with small video clips. It’s really worth the almost 4 minutes <3
